At The Groovd, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original bag.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
